Nottingham Maid Marians

With the introduction of the Elementary section, Nottingham Synchronized Skating Academy brought together a team of 13 girls, many of whom were just out of skate UK. With hard work and determination from the girls and their coaching team the Maid Marians were ‘born’ in May '07.
In October of the same year they competed for the first time at the Dumfries open, they had a fantastic time and were placed a very respectable 5th out of 9 teams.

The girls have gone from strength to strength and in March '08 competed at the RJS open event in Sheffield. The girls skated their best performance and came 4th.

Now working hard on their new programme the girls are in preparation for October’s event in Dumfries.
